For thousands of years, we’ve been told to Know Thyself. But what if there isn’t just one self to know?
We can be confident in one room and insecure in another, certain about what we want and ten minutes later arguing ourselves out of it. We can know better and still repeat the same pattern. Say yes when we mean no. Become twelve years old around a parent, an Overthinker before an important decision, a Fixer when someone we love is struggling, or a Judge when we look in the mirror.
In Know ThySelves®, I call these voices Imposters—not because they’re false or bad, but because they’re intelligent parts of us that learned how to protect, please, perform, achieve and belong.
THE SIX-WEEK EXPERIENCE
This six-week live experience is where we take the work out of theory and put it into your actual life.
We’ll improvise, write, work in dyads and small groups, and bring real decisions to the Round Table. I’ll coach people live so we can see these voices as they’re happening rather than simply talk about them afterward.
Every week, you’ll leave with something you can use immediately—in a relationship, a difficult conversation, a decision, at work, or in that moment when you hear yourself thinking, Why am I doing this again?
The goal isn’t to get rid of any part of yourself.
It’s to know your selves well enough that you can hear the whole cast without automatically handing the microphone to whoever speaks first or loudest.
And then choose who leads.
